Accounts & who is tracked

uspbf.com is the federation’s public home for news, rankings snapshots, players, tournaments, and rules. Pro Billiards Software at probilliardssoftware.com is where you sign in, create a player account (non-pros), register for events, and use the full tools USPBF runs on.

Professional players (WPA license)

Your login account is created for you from your WPA license number when you are provisioned in the system (import, director setup, or admin). Use the username and instructions your tournament director or USPBF provides, then sign in at probilliardssoftware.com.

If you have a WPA license and do not yet have an account, do not use the public self-registration form—contact your director or USPBF so your record can be linked correctly.

Top-level amateurs

You may create your own account at Pro Billiards Software. Tournament results and rankings for top-level amateur play can be tracked when directors and the federation designate eligibility (e.g. director-verified or association criteria). If you have an association license number, you can enter it when you register so we can try to link your profile automatically.

Other players & handicap divisions

You can still create an account and use site features and open events. Handicap-based tournament divisions and full rankings tracking for lower skill bands are not finished yet—that work is in progress. When it ships, the same account will apply.
